6:30pm - 10pm

Sessions will be split as follows

7.00pm - 8.15pm ladies 2s and men's 3-5s
(Arrive at 6.45pm to warm up off the pitch)
(Between 7.45pm - 8.15pm you will share the pitch with the next session)

7.45pm - 9.00pm Ladies 1s
(Arrive at 7.30pm to warm up off the pitch)
(Between 7.45pm - 8.15pm you will share the pitch with the ladies 2s and men's 3-5s)
(Between 8.45pm-9.15pm you will share the pitch with the next session)

8.45pm - 10.00pm men's 1-2s
(Arrive at 8.30pm to warm up off the pitch)
(Between 8.45pm - 9.15pm you will share the pitch with the ladies 1s session)

NB: the ladies 1s and the men's 1s-2s will alternate time slots each week. The ladies will begin with the early slot on 4th September.

Do not enter the pitch fences before your allocated pitch slot. Warm up in the yard areas (NOT the grass).

Thursday's 8 pm - 9 pm at kings academy fitness training in the sports hall. All club welcome.
